well, i dont think that would be good!

hope everything stays as it is...thats perfect...well but thats only my oppinion!
good bye ladies and gents

Well said Primus  , how would you all feel if Scotland were tipped as favourites to win and lost because of numpties betting on them and putting them under unnecessary pressure to win being the favourites. If people want to gamble bet on horses or go to the casino but leave this beautiful game to remain pure and let our top players play to their full potential. Also although players etc can't bet what about friends and family , whats stopping them from making a bet on THEIR behalf.

I see Willie Hills have the Women as 14/1 to win the Olympics with 3/1 to win any medal.

The Mens are 8/1 for Gold and 7/4 for any medal.

Easy Money or a long shot, you decide

7/4 any medal for the men....     has to be tempting.
I got team rhona martin at 24-1 the year they won  so i dont think the odds on the ladies are generous.

I know, although since it's semis and not page playoffs in the Olympics I think, only 2 chances to win a medal instead of 3 using the page system

I'd say 7/4 was quite generous for the current Euro and World Champs to win a medal

Not many decent odds here. I like to look for a good outsider and try and get each ways... doent look like this site does e/w.
Ridiculously short odd on the sco/gb men and can men, a bit like Tiger being odds on for golf tournaments!
Does anyone know who the Swedish mens team will be?...at 16-1 (EMCC) and 40-1 (olympics) might be worth a shot.
If i had to go on these odds, best bets IMHO (each way)
emcc   swe 14-1 (depends on knowing team)  or switz 8-1
ewcc    sco 8-1

olympic men   china 25-1
olympic women  GB 12-1  (if these odds went out to about 18's i would def go for it!)

I've heard that the Niklas Edin team will get the nod to be the Swedish men's reps in Vancouver, but no official confirmation of this has been issued. In contrast, the Swedish Association has announced that Anette Norberg's team will be their Olympic women.

They should have betting on curing, I think this would bring more attention to the sport as well as add more excitement.
