When we have a major Curling competition going on it's a bit sad that this rubbish generated more posts than anything else.  Can the moderators have it removed?

These posters have the idea that a forum exists for their own benefit, and they are perfectly free to destroy it if they so wish. Yes, I can also destroy their game if I so wish. At present I prefer to allow them to make the decision for themselves. A healthy forum succeeds because of self regulation. If the posters choose not to, the forum dies. Ask ITH.

whats your problem auld yin? if you dont like it then dont read it. this forum is not just for you. there is far to many folk on here with alot to say about boring stuff. take a chill pill and enjoy a bit of banter!

ooh john, you can destroy my game... why would you want to? you wont cos you know everyone will think you are a killjoy!its not offensive and actually alot of people enjoy it!! it takes the stress of some of the long winded posts on here!

kind regards to everyone who plays,

Sorry to say it Auld Yin but shame on you - must be an off night for you.

Many of the people contributing to, and enjoying this light bit of "word-fencing" are doing it soley for fun, kinda like curling.

Leave us alone, let us ad-lib, courtesy of the forum, if you don't want to get involved then stay out, but please continue to post, as you do, to other threads, often meaningfully.

Don't be scared - none of us is Anne Robinson, we're just fellow enthusiasts having a wee bit o' fun - please join us if you want to, and thanks to the forum for creating the medium whereby we can do so.

Cheers

G

^^^^ you have been promoted to legendary status on bobs admiration list..
